Use of Chresma

You may use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms and any plan or contract between you and Chresma.

Probabilistic outputs

Chresma produces probabilistic forecasts based on available evidence and models. Outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Probabilities reflect modeled likelihoods, not certainties.

Not professional advice

Chresma outputs do not constitute financial, investment, legal, medical, tax, betting, gambling, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Chresma as the sole basis for any high-stakes decision. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and safeguard credentials.
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Independently verify outputs before acting on them.
• Respect rate limits and acceptable-use guidelines.

Prohibited use

• Illegal, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized model extraction.
• Use that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use to make automated decisions that materially affect individuals without appropriate human oversight.

Account and API access

We may suspend or terminate accounts or API keys that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose security or operational risks. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.

Intellectual property

The Service, including software, models, content, and trademarks, is owned by Chresma or its licensors. You retain ownership of inputs you submit. You grant Chresma a limited license to process those inputs to provide and improve the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chresma is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Chresma will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
